Introduction and Application
The hot air circulation drying oven is suitable for heating, solidifying, drying, and dehydrating materials and products across various industries including pharmaceutical, chemical, food processing, agriculture, light industry, and heavy industry.
Applied materials: Medicinal raw materials, Chinese herbal medicine, plaster, powder, particles, drinking agents, pills, packaging bottles, pigments, dyes, dehydrated vegetables, dried fruit pieces, sausages, plastics, resin, electrical components, baking varnish, and more.
Working Principle
The drying oven operates with most hot air being recirculated, resulting in high heat efficiency and energy savings. The forced ventilation system with adjustable air distribution plates ensures uniform drying of materials.

- Drying temperature: Steam: 50-130°C (Max. 140°C); Electricity/Far infrared: 50-300°C
- Choice of automatic control system or computer control system
- Standard steam pressure: 0.2-0.8Mpa (2-8 bar)
- For CT-1 electric heated model: Rated power 15Kw, actual consumption 5-8Kw
- Special requirements should be specified when ordering
- Operation temperatures outside 60-140°C range should be specified when ordering
